This course will guide you through an exercise programme that will incorporate learning art of mindful meditation as well as educating you on nutritional aspects of your life. So if you are in the post natal stage or perhaps further into motherhood or even menopausal, this is the programme for you. You will be required to do 10 minutes of exercise homework every week but will see great results. If perhaps your body has not felt right since having children or you still feel some core weakness, the Every Woman programme can help correct this.

The exercises and homework. Also the chats post class was extremely helpful. Weaned myself off coffee as I was drinking too many cups a day. Down to 1 cup a day which has improved my bladder control to a greater extent.
Could the programme be improved in anyway? *
I hope a follow up class will be available to continue the progress and to ensure motivation at home to carry out the exercises.
Very well run and Amber accommodated an extra class for those who had work and family commitments and had missed a class. No improvement required.
